Temporary AMSR2 data gap until 21 August

Because of maintenance work at the JAXA data portal, the AMSR2 data from 18 to 20 August will be delayed until 21 August. Therefore, the sea ice concentration  maps shown here are from 17 August. We expect to reprocess the missing data on 21 August.
However, similar data (sea ice concentration of the Arctic and Antarctic, 3.125 km and 6.25 km gridding) based on the new sensor AMSR3, can be found here
